For the sick

Please contact the Parish Office on 01634 848900 if there is someone for whom you would like us to pray, or would like to be added to our prayer chain, which means that the person concerned will be prayed for daily for three weeks. Please also call if you, or someone you know, would like Holy Communion to be brought to their home, especially if you, or they, are unable to get to church.

For the bereaved

There is always someone to talk to, please phone 01634 848900 or email office@parishofrochester.org.uk to make an appointment.

Tuesday Coffee Shop

The Coffee Shop opens at the Parish Centre every Tuesday from 10.00 am – 11.30 am, and everyone is welcome.  We hope to have Listening Volunteers, who have been trained and safely recruited, available.  Please encourage anyone who has been bereaved, or is struggling with loss or change, to come and find us. On the second Tuesday of each month we welcome the carers of those living with Dementia.  Citizens’ Advice Bureau aim to send a representative each week (there is no need to make an appointment).  Tech-savvy sessions, when experts are on hand to advise on problems with your computer, lap-top, mobile phone, etc, are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

How can you help?

Be a Friend of St Peter with St Margaret

The Friends of St Peter with St Margaret was established to help to raise the profile of the Parish by arranging events – concerts, exhibitions, etc – which in turn would help to raise money for development projects to beautify our churches and, by improving their facilities and standards of comfort, to make them more community-friendly. Events organised by the Friends will be advertised on this website, simply click on What’s On.
